Christopher Wilson
Program Director, ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Conservation Ranching
Chris began his position in 2016, overseeing the strategic direction and administration of the ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Conservation Ranching initiative nationally, which includes working directly with staff and partners in 15 states to coordinate program implementation, ranch-to-retail development for the program certification – the ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Certified bird-friendly seal – and marketing support. Chris has a BS in Fisheries and Wildlife from the University of Missouri and an MS in Environmental Science from Oklahoma State University. Before joining ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ, he spent 17 years working for The Nature Conservancy in conservation planning, land protection, and stewardship, including extensive work in grassland restoration, fire management, and biological monitoring.
