Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary is located in Naples, Florida, approximately 45 minutes away from Fort Myers and less than two hours from Fort Lauderdale. 

The Sanctuary and Blair Visitor Center are 15 miles east of I-75, off exit 111, Immokalee Road. Take Sanctuary Road from Immokalee Road, then turn left onto Sanctuary Road West. Turn right into our parking lot just before the stop sign.
