Must-Pass Spending Legislation Includes Some Wins for Birds

Longer-term solutions remain elusive as budget negotiations close.

WASHINGTON, D.C.--Congress is expected to vote on a massive year-end spending bill this Friday, which President Obama is expected to sign. Included in the legislation are various environmental victories. The 勛圖窪蹋 issued the following statement:
