Chelsea is the Senior Manager of Leadership Giving for the Great Plains, Upper Mississippi, and Great Lakes regions. Before joining ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ, she served as Director of Annual Giving and Outreach at Willistown Conservation Trust in southeastern Pennsylvania. There, she championed initiatives in bird conservation, regenerative agriculture, and habitat restoration, helping to connect community members with the land and its natural heritage. Chelsea began her career in environmental education with Philadelphia Parks & Recreation, where she discovered her passion for place-based learning and connecting people—especially young learners—with nature in meaningful ways. She holds an M.S. in Environmental Education. 

Outside the office, Chelsea enjoys exploring the outdoors and visiting quirky roadside attractions on her travels.
