Jamey Fidel joined ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Vermont as Vice President in August 2025, bringing over 20 years of leadership in conservation policy, environmental law, and collaborative advocacy. Prior to ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ, he served as Forest and Wildlife Program Director and General Counsel at the Vermont Natural Resources Council, where he helped shape landmark policies on wildlife habitat, forest fragmentation, and land use. Jamey is the founder of the Forest Roundtable, a long-standing forum uniting diverse stakeholders to advance healthy forest policy. His early work in Colorado focused on land, biodiversity, and watershed protection. Jamey holds a J.D. and Master’s in Environmental Law from Vermont Law School and a B.A. in Environmental Studies with a minor in Wildlife Biology from the University of Vermont. Known for his integrity and deep Vermont roots, Jamey is a passionate advocate for conservation, biodiversity, and community-driven solutions.
