What Were Doing
Bringing together communities, industry, state and federal agencies, and NGOs to create a healthy and balanced future for the sagebrush ecosystem.

More than 350 bird and wildlife species depend on the sagebrush ecosystem, as well as people. Reaching 14 statesincluding Wyoming, Colorado, and Utahsagebrush country is vital bird habitat, but only half of it remains, and new demands continue to be placed on it. 勛圖窪蹋s Sagebrush Ecosystem Initiative brings together communities, industry, government, and NGOs to find pragmatic solutions that balance the needs of people and birds. 勛圖窪蹋s Public Lands team and field offices, led by 勛圖窪蹋 Rockies and 勛圖窪蹋 Washington, take action in partnership with our membership and other NGOs to find pragmatic solutions that balance the needs of people and birds.
